About the work
Me dices que mi forma y fondo tienen valor
que oro puro vale mi corazón
pero yo, en mi incredulidad ancestral
en mi ceguera emocional
hacia mí, no logro tal piedad.
Y cuando el mundo
con el cúmulo de todas sus penurias
intenta hundir mi arquitectura
haciendo noches oscuras en mi alma
miro al cielo y ruego a Dios
fuerza y fe para alzarme
viéndome
a través de tus ojos.
