If you find your work used without permission, you can certify that page or post with the web certification tool, capturing the evidence before it disappears, in addition to having your work registered.
Does it protect my style?
Copyright protects your specific works, not the style in the abstract. Registering each piece gives you proof of authorship over those works against copies.
What about client commissions?
It's best to formalise in writing which rights you assign in each commission. You can do it with an electronic signature and keep the proof of the agreement.
Don't I already have the rights without registering?
Yes, they arise on creation (Berne Convention). Registration is voluntary and provides the dated proof to demonstrate it.
Can I register art made with AI?
You can register your declaration about the work, stating whether it's 100% human or AI-assisted, and register the prompt log. Bear in mind that copyright protection for AI-generated content depends on the legislation of each country.
