Creators is the dedicated space for artists at Safe Creative, where you can make yourself known, promote your portfolio, connect with your fans, showcase your art, sell your digital works, or offer professional services.

Plus, you have the chance to win prizes!

You always decide which registered works you want to exhibit. For those you put up for sale, you can set a price and define the usage rights the buyer will acquire. Alternatively, you can allow the buyer to propose a budget, specifying the rights of the artwork they wish to purchase.

The buyer also receives a certificate, which can be a PDF or an NFT, containing the copyright terms you determine or agree upon. This way, the purchase of the rights to the artwork is recorded on the blockchain, providing the buyer with a certificate or an NFT as proof of ownership.

*In Creators you do not need to use wallets or cryptocurrencies. You put the price and receive it in ordinary currency.

If you have an active subscription with Safe Creative, you can open your space in Creators as follows:

• Go to the upper right corner, click on LOGIN, and log in with your Safe Creative username and password.
• Once you have accessed your profile, click in the upper right corner where your name appears, and go to "Edit Profile."
• In this section, you can complete your profile by adding a cover photo, a profile photo, a description, your recognitions, tags, and links of interest. Don't forget to click "Save" when you are done.

If you don't have an active subscription, hire one now.

You can add a new work from any of the tabs. Look for the "+" symbol, which will appear on the right side of your screen (once you have logged in). Click on it, and you will see your Safe Creative works that you have not yet published on Creators.

Select the work or works you want to publish and click the "Continue" button. In the next tab, you will need to add a description of the works and complete the corresponding details. When you have finished, don't forget to click "Save changes."

Once you have added your works to your profile, you can edit them and perform actions on them from the "My Works" tab, which you will find in the dropdown menu under your username.

Important:

To showcase and/or sell your digital works, remember to fill in the requested information in the "Do you want to complete your profile now?" tab. Once you complete this information, you will be able to use all the functionalities.

You can sell each work in the way you want: exclusively to a single buyer, thus ceding all rights; without exclusivity so that the buyer acquires a copy for his personal use and enjoyment; or allowing the buyer to request a budget indicating the characteristics that the license needs.. here you have one list of licenses that they can solicit you.

This is the process to activate the sale of works in your space:

• Go to "sales" that you will see in your upper right area and complete the license information and the documentation that our partner Stripe will request. It will be validated in a period of time that varies (it can take several days). Once approved you will be informed and you will be able to activate the licensing in your works.
• Go to each of them and select “NFT Licenses” or select several and then indicate “Offer for sale”.
• Select the type of license you want to activate, exclusive or not, and if you agree to receive proposals requested by the buyer. (you can create both)
• In the first case, you set the price and you're done. You will receive an email with information when someone buys the license and the commission of our platform will be deducted. An NFT will be generated for the buyer, which will include the link to the permanent page with information on the license purchased.

You have two ways to add covers to your literary or music works:

A) While uploading a new work: Below the description section, you will find the option to add your own cover or choose a predefined one.

B) Changing the cover of an existing work: Click on the yellow button with the pencil icon closest to the file (located at the bottom right). Scroll down to the section labeled "Select the thumbnail to view on the work's card." You will see three options:

• Use the original thumbnail.
• Change the image: You can assign a new cover to the file, which will be displayed when your work is shown on your profile. Don't forget to click "Use this image" to save the changes.
• Choose a pre-generated thumbnail: Select from three cover options that we provide.

Creators Awards Terms and Conditions

Any person or company can purchase licenses for the use of works on Creators. To make the payment and acquire the "certificate with the acquired license”, you must register with Safe Creative (free of charge).

You can directly locate works in their category (Visual, Music, or Literature) that show a fixed price, or those that have an "Open Price." In the latter case, you can select the intended use of the work and request a quote.

Once the payment is made in local currency using a credit card (VISA / Mastercard...), Creators will provide you with a download link for the work and the digital certificate of the license. If you choose to acquire the license as an NFT, you must indicate the code of the Metamask digital wallet where you want to receive it.

Steps to follow for purchasing licenses with a fixed price:

• Select the work you are interested in.
• Click on "Purchase."
• Select the format in which you want the license of the work (PDF or NFT).
• Complete the payment details and click on "Pay."
• You will receive a link to download the work and the certificate, or the NFT* with the information of the acquired rights will be sent to your wallet. (Purchased NFTs can be viewed in Metamask).

Steps to follow for purchasing licenses with an open price:

• Select the work you are interested in.
• Click on "Ask price range."
• Select the intended use of the work and click "Continue."
• Select the license conditions, click "Continue," and "Request price."
• Wait for the author (seller) to accept your request and send you the quote via email for your consideration.

If you agree, continue with the remaining purchase steps:

• Select the format in which you want the license of the work (PDF or NFT).
• Follow the payment instructions.
• You will receive a link to download the work and the certificate, or the NFT* with the information of the acquired rights will be sent to your wallet. (Purchased NFTs can be viewed in Metamask).

Buying the NFT of a work is buying a license for its use or commercial exploitation.

An NFT is a unique digital code or token. The reliability of the information it contains and the link with its owner are unquestionable because they are registered in a decentralized block chain (Polygon). In this way, when acquiring the NFT of a work, what is acquired in reality are the rights of use or exploitation of the work, referenced in an unalterable way in the NFT itself. In this sense, the NFT is a digital token that represents the title of ownership of the rights of the work.

You can acquire, for example, the rights to a song, with certain conditions, such as: without exclusivity and only for use in synchronization mixes for advertising videos. Or you can acquire all the economic rights of the work, as an exclusivity and for an unlimited time, which ultimately implies full ownership of it.

In either case, the buyer acquires an NFT with the information that identifies the work and describes the uses of which it is the owner.
