“I craft cinematic soundscapes where epic emotion and ancient echoes collide—music that tells stories before a single word is spoken.”
I am Sandra M. Granobles, a Colombian-born music educator, composer, and multidisciplinary artist based in Washington, DC. My creative journey began with the structured discipline of classical piano and the communal joy of choral performance, but over time, it has evolved into a more expansive practice that blends music, visual art, and storytelling across digital and spiritual dimensions.
While I am not formally trained as a film or game composer, I am passionately stepping into that world with intention, curiosity, and a deep respect for the art of narrative sound. In 2025, I completed a specialized certification in video game music composition with Jason Graves, the celebrated composer behind Dead Space, Tomb Raider, and Far Cry. Under his guidance, I began crafting my first portfolio of original works for interactive media—each track designed to evoke emotion, atmosphere, and a sense of story without words.
My style is intuitive, emotional, and visually driven. I am drawn to the abstract and the ancestral, the mystical textures that exist between silence and resonance. Whether through ambient soundscapes, spiritual orchestral cues, or cinematic motifs for fantasy worlds, I aim to compose experiences, not just tracks. Each creation is an offering that reflects my fascination with myth, memory, and cosmic storytelling.
As I share my work publicly for the first time, I aspire to grow as a composer for video games, animation, television, and film. I seek collaborations with developers, animators, and filmmakers who believe in the emotional power of music and the alchemy of interdisciplinary art.
My intent is not only to score stories but also to shape inner worlds, where sound becomes a portal and every note carries the weight of meaning.
