If you have an active subscription with Safe Creative, you can open your space in Creators as follows:

• Go to the top right corner, click on LOGIN, and sign in with your Safe Creative username and password.

• Once you're logged into your profile, click on your name in the top right corner and go to “My Profile.”

• Inside your profile, click on "Edit Profile."

• In this section, you can complete your profile by adding a cover photo, profile picture, description, your achievements, tags, and relevant links. You can also choose to “Offer your professional services,” indicating the type of work you do.

• Don’t forget to click “Save” when you're done.

If you don't have an active subscription, hire one now. 

You can add a new work from any of the tabs. Look for the "+" symbol, which will appear on the right side of your screen (once you have logged in). Click on it, and you will see your Safe Creative works that you have not yet published on Creators.

Select the work or works you want to publish and click the "Continue" button. In the next tab, you will need to add a description of the works and complete the corresponding details. When you have finished, don't forget to click "Save changes."

Once you have added your works to your profile, you can edit them and perform actions on them from the "My Works" tab, which you will find in the dropdown menu under your username.

Important:

You can also click on the “Register new work” button if you want to publish a work that hasn’t been registered with Safe Creative yet. This button will take you to the Safe Creative registration process, and once completed, you’ll be able to showcase the work on Creators.

To showcase and/or sell your digital works, remember to fill in the requested information in the "Do you want to complete your profile now?" tab. Once you complete this information, you will be able to use all the functionalities.

You can sell each work in the way that best suits you:

• Exclusively, to a single buyer, transferring all rights to them.

• Non-exclusively, allowing the buyer to acquire a copy for their personal use and enjoyment.

• By custom quote, enabling buyers to request a proposal with the specific license terms they need. Here is a list of the available licenses.

Steps to Enable the Sale of Works in Your Gallery

1. Go to the “Sales” section at the top right of your account.

2. Complete the licensor information and provide the documentation required by our partner Stripe*.

3. The validation process may take several days. Once approved, you will receive a notification and will be able to activate licensing for your works.

   • Currently, Stripe is available in 46 countries, with more being added soon.

   • As soon as Stripe is available in your country, you'll be able to offer your works to clients worldwide. → [View list of supported countries]

Once Validated

• Open each work and select “Sell”.

• Choose the file the buyer will receive.

• Define how you want to offer your work:

  • License type (exclusive or non-exclusive).

  • Option to receive personalized proposals from buyers (you can enable both options).

• For the sale of copies for personal use and enjoyment, set a price and you're good to go.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email each time someone acquires a license. A platform fee will be applied to the sale amount.

Payments

• Stripe transfers your sales earnings daily to the account you’ve set up.

• Please note that the first transfer may take up to seven days to be received.

• You can check your balance in the “My Sales” section.

You have two ways to add covers to your literary or music works:

A) While uploading a new work: 

Next to the file, you’ll find the option to upload your own cover or select a default one under “Choose thumbnail.”

B) Changing the cover of an existing work: Click on the yellow button with the pencil icon closest to the file (located at the bottom right). Scroll down to the section labeled "Select the thumbnail to view on the work's card." You will see three options:

• Use the original thumbnail.
• Change the image: You can assign a new cover to the file, which will be displayed when your work is shown on your profile. Don't forget to click "Use this image" to save the changes.
• Choose a pre-generated thumbnail: Select from three cover options that we provide.
