Extending outward from both sides of the fastening structure are large layered butterfly wing elements forming the principal ornamental composition.

Each wing structure features surfaces with gradient deep blue, navy, turquoise, teal, and black coloration combined with iridescent reflective effects and embedded ornamental vein-like illustrations distributed throughout the wing surfaces.
