This document defines the Charyguliyev Standard — International Digital Harm & Interaction Protocol (IDRE-HP).
It establishes classification frameworks for digital harm (DHS-2000), interaction scales (INS-1000), legal responsibility levels (L-Scale), reaction measures (R-Scale), the UMEQAM Global Classification Framework (UGCF v2.0), and the International Digital Evidence Protocol (IDEP).
