About the work
RIGHT TO USE MY EYES – RODRIGO ROYO
Forbidden words, a silence they demand,
Cancel the doubt, across the land.
Screens are lit with half-told lies,
Truth is lost before our eyes.
Safety promised in every law,
But prices rise through every flaw.
I scream against the fear they sell,
Who defines this living hell?
Taxes, rules, and moral weight,
Programmed minds decide our fate.
Not a piece in their global game,
I won't play or take the blame.
If the truth is now a crime,
I will sing it every time.
Oceans crossed, no end in sight,
Is it help or is it fight?
Global pacts and names of power,
Shadows grow at every hour.
The speeches fit, the story’s tall,
But doubt is realest of them all.
I scream against the fear they sell,
Who defines this living hell?
Taxes, rules, and moral weight,
Programmed minds decide our fate.
Not a piece in their global game,
I won't play or take the blame.
If the truth is now a crime,
I will sing it every time.
"Stay calm," they say, "it’s for your best,"
But lies are heavy on my chest.
If it’s all just propaganda,
Who will break this dark agenda?
No plan, just fear?
Control is here.
If I go mute,
I lose my root.
I scream although they want me still,
Freedom isn't theirs to kill.
No more dogmas, no more lies,
Just the right to use my eyes.
