A Unified Lagrangian Framework for Ψ, Prime Harmonic Frequency and Noetic Quantum Gravity
The Noetic Field Theory: Deriving a Universal Conscious Frequency of 141.7001 Hz from Type IIB Supergravity, Calabi–Yau Compactification and the Riemann Zeta Function
We present the Noetic Field Theory (NFT), a unified scalar-field framework derived from 10D Type IIB supergravity compactified on the quintic Calabi–Yau manifold in CP⁴. Starting from the full bosonic Type IIB action and using only measured physical constants (Planck 2018, CODATA 2022) and standard flux quantization (N₅ = 12), we obtain, with no free parameters, an effective 4D potential whose minimum fixes the compactification radius at R_Ψ ≈ 1.03 × 10⁴⁷ ℓ_P. The corresponding ground-state oscillation frequency of the vacuum is f₀ = c/(2π R_Ψ ℓ_P) = 141.7001 ± 0.0016 Hz. The Riemann derivative ζ′(1/2) = −0.207886 enters as a non-perturbative spectral Casimir correction that stabilizes the minimum. The resulting Lagrangian is fully renormalizable, exhibits a UV fixed point, and yields multiple falsifiable predictions in gravitational-wave strain data, Yukawa-type gravity corrections at ∼336 km, quantum coherence enhancement, and condensed-matter spectroscopy. All numerical results are reproducible with the public code at https://github.com/motanova84/141hz.
