A cinematic heavy techno-rock instrumental (length 2:11), both uplifting and dramatic, created as the opening theme of the album The Marathon. The track begins with soft piano and a heartbeat pulse, over which a male spoken voice (serious, in a vintage 1960s cinema tone) says: “Maybe someday… The Marathon.” After this short prologue, the music continues purely instrumental.
The main body is driven by distorted heavy rock guitars, massive drums, and deep bass, alternating between powerful sections and complete silences marked only by the heartbeat pulse. Electro strings rise only in the transitions before dropping into heavy rock, while the piano returns in the breakdowns and in the outro, soft and reflective. The atmosphere is both dark and uplifting — a cinematic rock-concert soundtrack of determination, struggle, and ultimate victory.
