This work presents an original decryption hypothesis for Kryptos Part 4 (K4), the still-unsolved section of the CIA cryptographic sculpture by artist Jim Sanborn. Using classical techniques (Vigenère cipher + transposition), assisted by artificial intelligence, the proposed plaintext is:
“BETWEEN SUBTLE LAYERS THE DECOY IS HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT”
