About the work
New app for clinical practice that allows myocardial insulin resistance using biochemical parameters, allows the prediction of post-hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp [18F]FDG uptake values, classifies into mIR or mIS subjects, and calculates a new myocardial-corrected HOMA-IR value, which is a systemic index that has been found to be not useful for some patients to estimate myocardial insulin resistance. All of which contribute to personalized patient management of type 2 diabetes.
