How to save what's left of humanity?
Trapped in the future, Tanit and her nest have found that the Solar System has been devastated by a cruel and merciless enemy. They have rescued almost fifteen thousand survivors, but the planet they were supposed to take them to has mysteriously disappeared. What can a girl do alone in charge of thousands of refugees? How can she help them navigate the anguishing and bitter path of exile if they no longer have a home and there is nowhere to go? Young Tanit will have to grow up even more and face a tragedy like she could never have imagined, as well as confront the darkest twists and turns of being human. Although she is not afraid of challenges, she must now lead what remains of humanity, even paying a high personal price. And there is no one else left who can do it.
