“Producer” or “Licensor”); and Tomas Vega residing at Maríe Curie 7226, Mar Del Plata Provincia De Buenos Aires

“Beat”) in consideration for Licensee’s payment of $19.99 (the “License Fee”), on a so-called “Licencia MP3” basis.
This Agreement is issued solely in connection with and for Licensee's use of the Beat pursuant and subject to all
terms and conditions set forth herein.
