Hope never accepted that Illusion did not exist, she was her inner reality and she did not want to live without her. Illusion never existed, Illusion was Hope's need to live and in it she found a reason to do so. It only existed in his imagination and his faithful butler managed to live it with him, because he loved him so much that he did not want to contradict him and accompanied him to live that illusion. "Illusion feeds hope and hope feeds the desire to live."
