Lujack Sweet had it all, a beautiful wife, a baby bouncing boy, then it all came crashing down.
He was once the Golden Boy; political office was his destiny, but the politics of the job got him set up and nearly killed.
Now, banished to the Reclamation Agency Commission, the unit known as R.A.C.K., he administers state sponsored murder to the worst of the worst that humanity has to offer. His orders are court signed, legally stamped and embossed with the golden Seal of the great State of California
