About the work
This is the story of three pets, a donkey named Camilo, a dog named Benito, and a macaw named Dorotea. They had the same owner whom they loved very much. Dorotea was very jealous, she wanted to possess their owner’s love all for herself. She ingeniously came up with a plan to get rid of Camilo and Benito, but at the end she understood that her owner would suffer too much having to live without them, and that her owner did not deserve any kind of suffering.
