Synopsis:
Victoria and Ciaran meet in Belfast, at a party a month before the Good Friday Agreement referendum. Rachel is from a middle-class Protestant family; Ciaran just got out of prison and views the Agreement cynically. Against all odds, they connect through Rachel's request to photograph Ciaran. He intends to go to Cork, so they part. The photos Rachel took turn out unusable, and she doubts that Ciaran will return, but he surprises her and comes back to vote in the referendum.
