1960, Philadelphia. U.S. Arthur Miles is a fan of Hitchcock movies which he uses to nurture his criminal fantasies. He murdered his mother in the same way that Norman Bates does in Psycho. He also assassinated his legal father, his biological father and the priest who raped him when he was a child. Is dedicated to making costumes similar to those worn by the characters in the HITCHCOCK movies, dressing like they to interacting with them when he sees them in the movies, he also does it with his mother's corpse. The disappearances of some people trigger suspicions on Commissioner NORTON. The only clue he has to find out what happened with that people is the relationship they had with Arthur, who, despite living alone, is not always the one who he meets when he goes to his home.
