About the work
Diseño, creación e intervención para CREP Oasis Fee Owner LLC (“Company”) entered into a services agreement, dated as of
September 21, 2020 with The Dirty Projects, LLC (“The Dirty Projects”; and, such agreement,
the “Service Agreement”), and, pursuant to The Dirty Projects’ performance of the Service
Agreement, the undersigned is an independent contractor of The Dirty Projects or an affiliate of
The Dirty Projects retained to create and execute an original work of art at the real property
currently known as The Oasis Wynwood (the “Premises”) (such original work of art and all
related elements created by or on behalf of the undersigned for Company, and any other designs created by, or on behalf of, the undersigned for Company, and all materials, ideas or other
material that relates to or is a derivative of the foregoing, whether or not copyrightable, whether
or not created or adapted by the undersigned, and whether alone or in conjunction with another
person, including any such materials that may have been created by, or on behalf of, the
undersigned for Company prior to the date of this agreement, together with the original work of
art will be collectively referred to herein as the “Art”)., all artistic propierties of Antonyo Marest.
