About the work
The logo has 2 parts: a books image on the left hand side and letters (words) on the right hand side.
On the right hand side, there are the words "Second Spanish", one on top of the other, in red colour.
On the left hand side, there is a pile of 2 aligned closed books, united by their back covers and therefore with spines facing opposite directions. The spine of the top one can be seen but not the bottom one. The top one's cover has the colours of the Spanish flag (red-yellow-red) completely covering it and these colours extend through the spine and move to the back cover. The image on the back cover of the top book can not be seen but it does a turn to also become the back cover of the book at the bottom. The two back covers of the books therefore make an "S" red shape to the eyes of the viewer.
