On the base of the weathercock, there is a "maps" sign. The name "Santa" in capital letters is on the left side of the vertical line down the weathercock, the name "Oeste" in capital letters on the right. The bird has its wings in black on the top, yellow in the middle and blue at the bottom; the head of the bird is in red as the "maps" sign. The bird has a yellow beak on the top of its head. The bird has a white collar and an oval white shape on the belly.
The tail of the horizontal arrow has the same shape as the down part of the capital letter "A".
