Brian, a humble man from the lower-class with a great passion for music on vinyl,
one day unexpectedly falls at first sight in love with the astronaut, Anna Richmond, upon seeing her on TV. Anna, coming from the American upper-class, has made global headlines now that her spaceship passed Mars for the first time, but now suffers a grave problem as the motors of her craft have burned-up and is left orbiting the Earth like a satellite. Brian, on his rooftop, builds an impressive antenna out of scrap metal which reaches 50 meters high and he intends to use to connect with Anna. It’s from that moment that a great love story between two strangers unfolds, and that, despite their social upbringings, they are joined by beautiful feelings that continue to connect them throughout the film
