About the work
Today I was thinking about my trip to Bali few years ago. While exploring the small third world island I noticed the locals with modest homes tending their fields, or running their local shop. One thing stood out, they all seemed incredibly happy or at the very least, content with their lives; this struck me for a couple reasons: for one, they didn’t live lavish lifestyles or have big houses or fancy cars; nowhere was they seen climbing any corporate ladder or promoting anything spectacular. They was seen living the day, living in peace and enjoying the simple things of life. What a contrast I saw looking at that lifestyle with that of a western traveler!

Entiendo que rendirse no es renunciar; es ir honrando lo que voy siendo y donde estoy; en este momento dejar que la libertad me abarque porque no m e opongo a ella, digamos que es despertar en ella conscientemente en estado de vigilia; algo así muy parecido a dormir sin sueños.
