I was in the Valley of the Giants with the feeling of being on the top of a tree, there I walked about forty meters above the ground and the view was breathtaking; of course, it's just an impressive perception.

Desde esa posición de privilegio pude ver las montañas del lugar; aparecían como tubos volcánicos delgados, se levantan de entre la neblina impregnada de luz.
Con mis prismáticos vi que un velo translúcido ondeaba entre ellos y miré como una pluma nebulosa azotada por el viento surgía de varios otros lugares; era como el conjunto de varias fuerzas físicas activas surgiendo de las profundidades. Las nubes giraban en espiral y unían a los picos pedregosos que sobresalían.
