How can someone who is distant be so close? How can a stranger change your life in such a short time? Those were unanswered questions for me, as I walked through the dark streets of a rotten city full of vices, where you have to sell your body for a piece of bread or children are forced to work.
Everything was empty and meaningless, until one day I felt the beating of my own heart; I am a prostitute, I am a friend, I am a woman... They call me Gaia and this is my story.
