About the work

A young Neanderthal leaves his clan in search of a new life, only for the sky itself to light on fire and to save a Cro-Magnon girl from a deranged cargo cult intent on sacrificing her to their eldritch god.

A Posthuman from aeons into the future has twisted time in on itself to travel back to the Primeval Age. Here he must fight savages, forgotten monsters, and causality itself to achieve true transcendence of his Humanity.

Then there’s Eli, who’s just trying to get to Stephen Hawking’s Time Travellers’ Party.

Pre-agrarian tribes and Post-singularity intellects meet on the ancient Mammoth Steppe to decide the fate of their race. Though they may view one another as gods and savages, as far as causality is concerned they are the same and their destinies are forever intertwined.

When the most primitive and advanced extremes of Humanity collide, the resulting paradox could end the Universe itself.

Even though general relativity allows for time travel, it ought to be illegal.
