About the work
Very easy system for ask an assistant to come using QR codes and an App that is used by the assintant. The first application is to use "Pulsa y Voy" in restaurants, coffeeshops, etc. The QR scaned opens a URL. The URL contains an ID of the table, position, name of the restaurant, etc and this URL open a website and communicates with a server that send a message to an App. The App shows a screen with all the calls, showing the delays with colors and delayed time. Visually very easy to identify the customers awaiting for your call.

Pulsa y Voy es un sistema de llamada para pedir servicio en cualquier evento, especialmente pensado para hostelería. El cliente no descarga ninguna app, simplemente escanea un codigo QR (a veces llamados BIDI) y este codigo lleva a una web que lanza una petición a un servidor. El servidor de internet crea un mensaje para una app instalada en un movil o tablet del establecimiento. Este dispositivo muestra una pantalla con las llamadas hechas por los clientes priorizadas por urgencia: las llamadas más antiguas en rojo, las medianas en amarillo y las recientes en verde. Todo es configurable. Con un dedo deslizando en la pantalla el camarero o persona que va a atender la llamada marca la mesa que ha hecho la llamada y esta pasa a un histórico.
