About the work

One

“Delilah?” I frowned and kept my eyes on the book, trying to read, “That’s your name?” I wished that guy would take the hint and leave already “It’s cool, I like it. Hey there Delilah.” I looked up, about to send him away,
“Yes. It’s my name.” I snapped “I would like to finish my book now.” He smiled and sat down besides me
“Ok,” Really?! That guy wouldn’t get the hint even if I wrote it on my forehead
“Alone.” I said glaring at him
“What is it about?” He asked ignoring me completely
“About a girl named Hazel Grace. And Augustus Waters.” I couldn’t help but say their names with love (especially Gus’s),
“Reader?” He smiled, his hand flew to his backpack, his grin grew wider as he held the book at me, CRAZY
“What is it about?” I asked
“Kinda like your book,”
“Really?”
“I don’t know, has your story any radioactive zombies?”
“No…” I said, eyeing him surely he was joking.
“Mine either. So maybe they are alike after all.” After that he opened his book and started reading after a while of looking at him with suspicion I started reading mine to…
Just when Hazel and her mom got to Gus’s house and hear him yelling the guy beside me stood up, tucking his book back inside his backpack
“My name is Kristopher. Kris. Whatever, bye Delilah,” he smiled and hurried out of the library, I looked at where he’d been sitting, there was a folded piece of paper. I unfolded it:
Kristopher Kyle
Facebook? I stuffed the paper into my pocket and kept reading…
