About the work
CARA Core Standard v2.0 is a comprehensive behavioural and structural protocol designed to stabilize, strengthen and unify reasoning processes across modern AI systems.
The standard introduces a 9-layer cognitive architecture, the Responsibility Scale (R-Scale v2), Error Taxonomy v2, Micro-Commands, Self-Diagnostics v2, Interaction Matrix and a minimal Test Framework.
This work defines a full external governance discipline for AI reasoning, safety, consistency and arbitration.
