These are the Bylaws of the Church of Arx Nobilis™. Authored by Jan Rudat, Founder, Ostracon™, and Supreme Ecclesiastical Authority, this document codifies the legal structure, doctrinal authority, and spiritual sovereignty of the Church. It governs all membership, succession, internal departments, financial discretion, ecclesiastical ranks, doctrinal protection, and ritual operations. The Bylaws declare the Church’s full legal and spiritual ownership of the Arx Nobilis™ religion and its branches: Capulum Atrum Philosophy™ and Ater Capulo™, collectively known as the Unholy Trinity™. They are binding upon all Arx Nobilists™, clergy, departments, and affiliated bodies. No part of the Church operates outside of these Bylaws. They may only be amended by signed decree of the SEA.
