My name is Fabio Descalzi; I was born in Montevideo back in 1968. I am a translator, writer, lecturer, and Wikipedia contributor, as well as an architect. I grew up in a bicultural and multilingual environment, rich in intergenerational experiences. My work is characterized by realism and interculturalism, with a preference for coming-of-age novels. I have published two novels, Amigos orientales (2017) and Tres terribles tigres (2020). These works feature lively dialogue, the use of flashbacks, and touches of mysticism.
