How to register the articles you publish in a Blog?

As you know, it is advisable to generate your proof of authorship before publishing or sharing your work with third parties. By registering you will be able to show your work with greater peace of mind, knowing that you have a proof with international legal value, which will help you to defend your rights in case they are violated.

In this article we would like to remind you that there are three ways to register and protect the works and articles you publish on the blog.

Which one is yours?

Manual registration

“Always before publishing in the Blog”.

It is about having previously prepared in your computer (PC – computer – Tablet or Phone) the file of the work you want to register. Once registered in Safe Creative, you can publish it in your blog.

With the URL

“Immediately after publication”

This is a manual registration, but without the need to provide a file. You simply provide the URL of the post and our system will open the web page to take a PDF snapshot of everything you see by default. Like for example an article with a text with or without images.

Automated “worry-free” registration

This is the registry used by our most active creators, who create and publish frequently: the registry by feed!

It is used to automatically register all the posts of your blog as they are published. To use it you just have to associate the feed registration to a profile previously created in your Safe creative user. It won’t take you more than a minute.

And remember!

By using informative tags in visible areas of your blog, you will be able to inform readers of your registrations. And also about the permissions or rights that you have reserved and thus deter and prevent misuse.

As always, we are at your disposal for any questions you may have!
