Cover Artwork for Wings of Destiny, a Latin American Power Metal band from Costa Rica, new album release titled "Butterfly Effect".
This Artwork is based on the band's album concept.
Quote from the band: "the cover was for the single Brave New World, now the CD that will include this cover will be called Butterfly Effect. So we want to use a cover based on the Brave New World cover, it would be the same surroundings, the water, the space, the mountains, the destroyed planet but this time we want the hooded man with a butterfly of some sort. the idea is that the brave new world cover would still be used on the CD but complemented with this new version.
The idea is to reuse most of the existing Brave New World cover, only changing like... the man and the butterfly.
we could even think about the posibility to keep the man that's already there, loose the ships, maybe make him closer, and hovering over his hands the butterfly.
How hard would it be if, like in the two artworks of devil may cry, you changed the blue atmosphere for a different collor? red maybe and keep the butterfly blue?"

Quote from the band: "We have an upcoming single that would be the main idea of the EP called "Brave New World"
it has some conquistador idea...some "new world" idea...
The EP's name is Brave New World... and the idea is like of people getting to new lands, say, conquistadors arriving to America for example, but we would also like the shadow figure that you made for our previous two CDs.
I was thinking, since you have a very cool steampunk-ish side of your art and the idea of Brave New World kind of has an idea of spanish conquistador how would it be like... to have a beach white sand and on the far of the sea there are the vessels of the conquistadors and on the beach a conquistador... BUT here's the twist cyberpunk it like... a space beach...a space oddisey... the vessels are space ships but.... with kind of boat form the conquistador should be the hooded figure you have used on the other two covers.
