Cover Artwork for the Grammy-nominated UK Speed Power Metal band, DRAGONFORCE, forthcoming brand new seventh studio album titled "Reaching Into Infinity".
Leclercq adds: "The title of the album explains pretty much what we are trying to do with our music. Today's world is really crazy – there is fear of the future, uncertainty. But the power of music is infinite, and it can give strength and hope to people."
"Reaching Into Infinity" was released on May 19th 2017 via earMUSIC and will be available on the following formats:
Digital, CD Standard Edition, Double LP Gatefold and a Special Edition Digipack CD with multi-angle Bonus DVD Live at Woodstock Festival Poland 2016.
This Artwork is based on the band's album concept.
Quote from the band:
"A city in ruine, a mix of current, past and future city. With some pixelated eliment to mix some virtual reality look in certain parts. The city should be timeless, so you don’t really know where and when.
At the center of the cover, middle, some kinda worm hole into space? Electric bean, energy ball [...] DF logo in 3D [...] Ideally on some kind of central object [...] We need to add the fantasy element to it, some dragons around the DF a bit like the DVD cover? Try make the dragon a bit more aggressive and cooler, a chinese robot dragon.
[...] add some pixelation on the edge of certain part of cover, like it is breaking into pixels or something, for the 'video game' influcence."
