Paying for an individual registration allows:

• Register with "© All rights reserved”.
• Make private registrations. Without public information.
• Access to Creators, the artists' platform (for 12 months).

How to make an individual payment?:

1.- Begin the work registration process.
2.- In step three, go to "Register" and on the next screen select "Individual payment for these services."

Note: For previously registered works, it can be contracted at any time by selecting the "Activate individual registration" option.

Important: Once the registration is done, we recommend downloading the technical proof to save it locally, the validity of this proof is permanent. The download of proofs and certificates will be active for the work for 12 months.

Safe Creative's subscription is a service that, through a regular periodic payment, allows you to register and use unlimited professional or business functionalities during the contracted period. You can choose how to pay for your subscription: monthly, annually, biennially, or every three years.

Safe Creative's subscription does not require a commitment to stay or any penalties, which means you can choose to stop renewing at any time from the "My Current Plan" section in the user menu of your account.

Monthly subscriptions can be paid with a credit or debit card. Subscriptions for periods of one year or more can be paid with a credit or debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or direct debit (the latter only available in Spain).

The Personal account offers the most comprehensive advanced registration service for authors (own works and/or with co-authors). It provides 15 GB of storage space and can be subscribed to on a monthly, yearly, two-year, or three-year basis.

What happens to my registrations if I do not renew my subscription?

If you choose not to renew your subscription, you will automatically switch to basic, pay-per-use services.

Registrations made with "Personal" or "Corporate" subscription services will lose advanced functionalities 12 months after their registration, meaning you will not be able to perform new actions reserved for that type of service. The registrations will remain kept as they were made, and you can download the original registered file if needed.

All evidence generated is kept in your user account and in our system indefinitely, and the downloaded certificates are permanently valid. Moreover, all the registrations made will continue to display the information that was publicly posted.

If you need to make new registrations with © all rights reserved, private, download certificates, register works in co-authorship, and any other action characteristic of advanced services, you can re-subscribe at any time and continue to operate normally.

The service that Safe Creative offers to non-subscribers includes these functionalities:

• Access to individually register works with "©" licenses (all rights reserved) through individual payments.
• The possibility of making up to a maximum of 20 registrations of works with free licenses (CC, GPL, etc.) that indicate that the free use of the works is authorized under certain conditions.

What is the storage space assigned to my account on Safe Creative?

Safe Creative provides indefinite storage for the original files registered, including their certificates and any possible attachments. The allocated storage space varies according to the type of subscription:

• Non-subscription accounts: 500 MB of storage space are assigned.
• Personal Subscription: Users have 15 GB of space, with the option to expand it.
• Corporate Subscription: 100 GB of space is assigned, also with the option for expansion.

How can I expand the storage space?

To expand the storage space of your Safe Creative account, you should access "My current plan" from the menu, and within the contracted service, click the "+" button to increase the storage space according to your needs.

Since there are no active advanced services, registrations become inactive 12 months after their submission. The inactive status simply preserves the registrations, keeping the evidence indefinitely in the user's account for future activation of the mentioned services, as needed.

Public information services, if selected, will still be available, as well as the download of the original file. Internally, it's not possible to temporarily manage certificate downloads, license modifications, etc.

Important: The registration proof remains valid because it's permanent; that's why we recommend obtaining the registration proof, certificates, and saving them locally. In any case, it's possible to reactivate all services by subscribing or purchasing specific advanced services for each registration.

Can I give access to collaborators or employees to operate on my Safe Creative account?

Yes, with a corporate subscription, you can add operators from “My Account” > “Operators,” specifying the services they will have access to.

If you add an operator from the list, they will by default have access to all available services.

Operators can:

• Register works on behalf of the administrator.
• Use the available services.
• Consult the account's records and documents, including those provided by the administrator and other operators.

They cannot:

• Consult the administrator's personal information.
• Make payments or modify payment methods.

If you have a corporate account with Safe Stamper, you will also have the same operators, but they will not have access to the services until manually granted.

When the corporate subscription expires, the operators' access is disabled, although the use of their email addresses in Safe Creative accounts is reserved so they can be reactivated if the subscription is renewed.

How do you add a new operator?

Users with a business subscription can add operators to perform functions on their behalf.

To add a new operator, place your cursor over your name to open the user menu and select "Settings." From there, go to "Manage Operators." On the "Operators" screen, select "New Operator" and then enter the email and password to register the new operator.

In the "Operators" screen listing, you can choose whether the user has operator access to Safe Creative, Safe Stamper, or both.

Important: Operators are users who can register or certify from your corporate account.
If you have a corporate account in Safe Creative and Safe Stamper, you can choose which product they have access to.

• Operators do not have access to: Payment methods, purchases, or information and data from other users.
• In Safe Creative: they have access to all registrations.
• In Safe Stamper: they only have access to their own certificates.
• The account owner has access to all certificates.
