Nani, a cleaning worker, is hired to clean an apartment with one specific warning: she must not enter the back room.
Inside, she discovers the remains of an abandoned romantic dinner and several obsessive letters. As she continues cleaning, she finds traces of blood leading toward the forbidden room.
Ignoring the warning, Nani opens the door and discovers Pamela’s lifeless body.
But the true horror begins when she realizes that someone has been watching her from a distance — and that this presence has no intention of letting her leave.
