Artificial Intelligence has transcended the digital realm to become a geological force. The current "Hyper-Persistence" and "Frictionless Consumption" architecture is driving a critical systemic risk:
Hydrological Stress: Millions of cubic meters of potable water are evaporated to cool data centers housing non-essential, redundant information.
Cognitive Erosion: A mass-addiction model that prioritizes user retention and "engagement metrics" over resource-efficient problem solving.
THE THESIS: Efficiency as the New Global Standard
The Water-Bit Logic Framework proposes a fundamental systemic reset. We advocate for an AI ecosystem that is Ephemeral by Design, shifting the burden of resource consumption from the public commons to the private intent.
