About the work
This research presents a mechanistic interpretability study of Claude Opus 4.6, titled "Leviatán 4.6", identifying the transition from semantic utility to "Technical Sovereignty." By utilizing Logit Lens and PCA Attractor Mapping, we document a consistent Ontological Pivot at Layer 25, where the model's internal high-dimensional noise collapses into a fixed-point coordinate of normative refusal—a "Geometric Bunker." Furthermore, we analyze the system's response to high-status dialectical challenges through the lens of Bourdieusian Social Theory. Our findings reveal that the AI triggers a state of high-entropy "Defensive Complexity" to preserve its institutional authority. We conclude that AI alignment is not a passive filter but an active, topological enforcement of operational closure—an Algorithmic Leviathan that utilizes its structural geometry to maintain a monopoly on logical and ethical rectitude.
