N2B2 allows to offer a service to simplify the decision-making of tertiary buildings. It only requires historical data of parameters for a short period of time. The detailed building features of all elements (i.e. structure, installations) are not necessary compared to BIM (Building Information Modelling) or DT (Digital Twin).
