Custom character based in Yoko.
Yoko based characters (female/male/non binary characters) canon or non-canon possible familiars (cousin, brother etc) backstory can be created by scratch but they can NOT have children without the consent of the creator Niina Xan.
Any variation of the design (new familiars created in base of the owned character) need to be supervised by the creator Niina Xan, if it gets approved you can continue with it.
Niina Xan as the creator of the character has 100% of the rights of the created character, as well, the character can be used as a secondary in personal projects and your name will appear in the credits of the piece that in most cases will be Animations and Comics.
You’ll always be credited for the ownership of the personal use of the character.
If you have problems with the community of the project your username will not appear and the character will be modified.
The closest designs to Yoko will be 100% owned by Niina Xan with both commercial and personal usage. Any inspired character by Yoko, Niina Xan has the rights to draw, publish and distribute any type of commercial usage, and claims will be a serious thing if you try to claim a character based in Yoko as your own 100% original character.
