Operose is a solo project of the Neoclassical/Heavy Metal/Progressive/Classical Solo Artist, Joe McGurk (Opposing Motion) from England. Following on from the solo release of "Elements" last year, a novel and exciting format, this album is a collaboration with award winning soprano and rising opera star, Jennifer Coleman. This Artwork is based on the band's album concept. Quote from the band: "a more basic custom work. The album is called 'Footprints in the Hourglass' and I wanted something simple of a moody scene and an hourglass in the centre with footprints int he sand but no people on the cover if that makes sense. It is a concept album based on a Greek myth, The hourglass will be the focal point and then just a nice atmospheric background behind it."
