About the work
This document constitutes the legally and doctrinally binding founding charter of the Church of Arx Nobilis™, authored and executed by Jan Rudat, Ostracon™ and Supreme Ecclesiastical Authority. It defines the entire religious framework, including hierarchy, doctrine, sacraments, internal departments, sacred impurity, cosmology, and the threefold system known as the Unholy Trinity™ (Arx Nobilis™, Ater Capulo™, and Capulum Atrum Philosophy™).
The writ formalizes ownership of all symbols, names, rituals, and metaphysical systems, and includes all required legal clauses for ecclesiastical sovereignty, intellectual property defense, and future incorporation.
This is the cornerstone of all present and future teachings, structures, and legal protections of the Arx Nobilis™ religion.
