  1. Hi Clive, please allow a time for the premium account to go effective. Sometimes there’s a delay between the payment and the communication of the bank with us. We are working in this issue to solve it in the future. Now we see your premium account is activated, please try to request the cetificate again as yes, you should be able to get it from the premium account. Put noreply@safecreative.org as an authorized contact to send you emails. About the preview there might be a delay in our servers, we’d need to know to which you are connected. Please check it here http://www.safecreative.org/version and write to our support team here: http://www.safecreative.org/contact. Notice sometimes we need to clean up the cache.
    Of course if nothing works and you are not happy with the service we will proceed to a full refund.

  2. I have just purchased a Premium subscription.

    Yes, I’m not able to obtain a certificate that shows this design is registered to me. (It says, I have to upgrade to Pro account. But, Premium should include this.)

    Also, when I click change Preview view (and press the correct view original image), it still shows the generic paint image.

    So, there is no way for show proof that this image is mine (no image showing and no certificate with it). If this is correct, please refund my subscription and cancel my account.
