Ensuring identity and integrity of registered works.

  • From the time the work is deposited, Safe Creative uses multiple algorithms to absolutely guarantee its identity and integrity.

Warranty of registration date.

  • The record date is registered following a process of multiple time-stamping, which guarantees the date of registration. In addition to the time-stamping techology applied by the Safe Creative server, the whole operation is then repeated using an external timestamp server approved by an European public administration*.

Autonomy, independence and security to protect your copyright.

  • Facing the traditional proof model based on the authority of the registrar, the copyright digital registry provides irrefutable evidence-based technology, which is valid in itself, offering authors autonomy and independence to protect their rights.

    The Safe Creative's registration certificate is a technically irrefutable registration proof, which validity is independent even of Safe Creative itself.

    The registration proof includes, along with the recorded file:

    1. A proof of identification and integrity of the work, consisting on three hashes (MD5, SHA1 and SHA512)..
    2. An equally strong evidence of the date and time when each work was recorded, consisting of a double time stamping: one by a certification authority approved by an European public administration*, and another by the certification authority of Safe Creative.
